Down-Feed Waste-Discharge Die-Cutting Roller

This type of roller removes waste edges by piercing them with steel pins mounted on the bottom roller at the die-cutting waste-edge location, thereby carrying the waste away. A waste-ejection mechanism positioned immediately adjacent to the bottom roller creates lateral clearance at the pin passage points, enabling the waste edges adhering to the pins to be efficiently removed. The primary advantage of this roller design is its ability to minimize material waste: there is no need to leave the wider waste edge required for top-throw waste systems, while still delivering absolute reliability and stability. Moreover, it eliminates downtime and associated waste caused by breakage of the top-throw waste system.
